IMPACT ANGLE CONTROL GUIDANCE CONSIDERING GRAVITY EFFECT

This paper proposes an impact angle control guidance law with the terminal acceleration constraint considering the gravity effect. The desired line-of-sight(LOS) angle to satisfy the constraints is defined from the realistic dynamics involving the gravity effect. The guidance command is derived to make the LOS angle converge to the desired LOS angle. The performance of the law is demonstrated by numerical simualtions.
