INFLUENCE OF AIRFRAME STIFFNESS ON THE AERODYNAMIC COEFFICIENTS OF A HIGH ASPECT RATIO WING

The use of new materials into airframe enabled lighter and more flexible aircrafts. The structural flexibility of aerodynamic surfaces can significantly change aircrafts' performance. In this context, the present article aims to furnish experimental (aerodynamic and structural) data of flexible wings by tests performed at EESC-USP open return wind tunnel.
