LINEAR MODELING BASED ON INSTRUMENTAL MODEL ESTIMATION AND PID PARAMETERS TUNING IN FREQUENCY-DOMAIN OF AIRCRAFT ENGINE

N. Liu¹, P. Wang¹, Y. Zhu¹; ¹Shanghai Aircraft Design and Research Institute, China

Aircraft engine is an thermodynamics system with strong nonlinearity. It is impossible of designing control system directly. Now, the controller design of aircraft is linear theory ordinarily, and the base is the high precision linear model of aircraft engine. instrumental model estimation algorithm is an improved version of least squares estimation, and it could create an uniform convergence result. Applying this method to the establish of aircraft engine model, could improve the estimation precision under noise. Frequency model matching PID tuning is an design method based on frequency characteristic, and tune the PID parameters aiming for the least error between the system and the reference model. This method could simplify the procedure of the control system design.
