NONLINEAR DYNAMIC INVERSION WITH NEURAL NETWORKS FOR THE FLIGHT CONTROL OF A LOW COST TILT ROTOR UAV

This paper deals with the implementation of a flight control scheme based on the NDI (Nonlinear Dynamic Inversion) technique and Neural Networks on the FCS of a trirotor prototype used to simulate tilt rotor dynamics in those phases where aerodynamic surfaces are not efficient. Several flight tests have been conducted, performing different manoeuvres and simulating different operating conditions.
