ROTORCRAFT SYSTEMS MODELLING FOR TWIN-ENGINE HEAVY HELICOPTER

A rotorcraft systems model has been developed which serves as a multidisciplinary framework representing the onboard secondary power systems and users on a rotorcraft. Simulations of case studies including conventional and conceptual rotorcraft systems configurations are performed in order to evaluate various rotorcraft technologies at the mission level. The results of the case study include rotorcraft trajectories, quantifying outputs of fuel burn CO2 and NOx.
