TOWARDS THE 3RD GENERATION MDO COLLABORATIVE ENVIRONMENT

The study focuses on the definition and the assessment of aeroelastic coupling strategies, within the collaborative and distributed aircraft design environment developed in the EU funded project AGILE. A physics based MDAO process, accounting for the static and dynamic aeroelastic constraints, is assembled for the assessment of the multiple coupling strategies on the aircraft optimization.
