NUMERICAL INVESTIGATION OF SUBSONIC RAREFIED FLOWS USING DSMC-IP METHODS

In the present study, to investigate the characteristics of subsonic rarefied gas flows, flow simulations of the Couette flows were conducted using a direct simulation Monte Carlo (DSMC) and information preservation (IP) solver based on unstructured meshes.
