ENHANCING THE EXPLORATION OF AIRCRAFT CHANGEABILITY DURING CONCEPTUAL DESIGN

A framework is presented that is intended to support aircraft designers in effectively exploring the conceptual design-space with changeability considerations included. Changeability is a designed characteristic of a system, allowing it to be changed easily, timely, and inexpensively, in response to changing requirements, emerging technologies, and others.
