SOURCE TERM MODEL FOR STREAMWISE JET VORTEX GENERATOR MODELLING

In order to overcome difficulty with generating meshes of the air jet vortex generator (AJVG) the new source term model was proposed. Using new model of AJVG it is possible to reduce computational cost and time. This model works by adding momentum source term to RANS equations in ANSYS Fluent commercial code and the results were compared at various grid types and validated with experimental data.
