A MESHLESS METHOD FOR SIMULATION OF HYPERSONIC VISCOUS FLOWS

This study aims to develop a Meshless method which can accurately capture strong shock waves in hypersonic, viscous flows. The Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes equations are solved by the implicit Meshless method with AUSMPW+ spatial discretization scheme. Validation of accuracy, robustness and convergence was performed by comparing results of the Meshless method and Structured FVM.
