RESEARCH ON THE IMPACT OF SHOCK WAVE TO EXTENSIONALITY OF POD METHOD

Taking two groups of representative snapshot data of transonic buffet flow field and low Reynolds circular cylinder flow field for example, this paper studied the impact of shock wave to extensionality of the POD method. And found that the presence of shock wave affected the reconstruction precision of POD method.
