WIND TUNNEL THREE-DEGREE-OF-FREEDOM DYNAMIC RIG FOR CONTROL VALIDATION

A technique for experimental investigation and control of critical flight regimes using dynamically scaled wind tunnel model equipped with an on-board microcontroller, an inertial system and encoders mounted on 3DOF gimbals is developed at TsAGI. The technique is designed to study dynamics and to validate control laws at the motions close to controllable motions of aircraft in flight conditions.
