INTEGRATED CONCEPTUAL DESIGN METHOD CONSIDERING ADVANCED AIRCRAFT SYSTEMS AND AIRCRAFT TRAJECTORY

This paper discusses the effects of advanced aircraft systems such as the more electric system and the laminar flow control system upon the conceptually designed aircraft performance. Consideration of aircraft trajectory is also included in the design process to estimate the fuel consumption accurately and to improve the design results.
