LIFE PREDICTION MODEL OF AIRCRAFT STRUCTURE UNDER CORROSION ENVIRONMENT

7B04 aluminum alloy lap-joint alternate experiments of corrosion and fatigue were taken out to create Aircraft Structural Life Envelop (ALSE) of four areas and check out the exactitude. The error between ALSE prediction life and experiments’ results is 1%, while the error of Miner accumulate theory is 35.7%.
