Combining the vortex theory and NSGA-II method, a multi-objective optimal model which allows the propeller of high altitude airships to be more efficient and lightweight is proposed in this paper. The results gained from the scaled model test in wind tunnel of the optimal propeller are consistent with the numerical calculation, which verifies the accuracy of the multi-objective optimal method.
