THE EXTENSION OF DISCRETE-TIME FLUTTER MARGIN

The extension of the discrete-time flutter margin introduced in the previous work is proposed. For the two- and three-mode system, the effectiveness of the proposed method is shown from the analysis and the numerical simulation using a two-dimensional wing model and the application to the wind tunnel flutter test data.
