Safe introduction of UAS into the European airspace requires a specific approach taking into consideration regulatory framework, correct application of Air Operation procedures, evolution of the European Sky in the future, capability of closely available technology. Among other, radar , cooperative and non cooperative fusion will be highlighted in this paper.
