DYNAMIC BEHAVIOR OF VORTEX SHEDDING FROM AN OSCILLATING THREE-DIMENSIONAL AIRFOIL

The measurements of unsteady fluid force under the pitch-oscillating motion of a discoid airfoil are carried out in a wind tunnel. Uunsteady fluid force variations are significantly related to the vortex behaviour(the vortex shed from the airfoil edge becomes large) during the one oscillating cycle.
