As the objects of full-scale testing is used the helicopter MI-8 tail beam that is typical example of Al alloy structure. During fatigue test the fatigue cracks growth was observed, the stable “signal-damage” correlation was obtained, the working capacity and efficiency of SHM was demonstrated.
