The paper overviews the design and development of an autonomous ducted rotor MAV. Its propulsion system, structure, aerodynamic performance and flight control system are studied. Full-scale wind tunnel test results are presented and dangerous flight conditions reported. Flight tests are evaluated and conclusions drawn.
