An advanced multi-block computational methodology by the generalized characteristic interface conditions with high-order interpolation (GCIC+I) is newly developed and proposed. Accurate and flexible computation around complex geometry with structured grid can be effectively realized by the GCIC+I. The theoretical concept and some numerical results are shown and discussed.
