ADAPTIVE CONTROL USING SUPPORT VECTOR REGRESSION FOR HYPERSONIC AIRCRAFT CONTROL SYSTEM

This paper presents support vector regression-based adaptive controller for a hypersonic aircraft. A nominal dynamics of the hypersonic airplane is trained off-line using SVR, and online adaptation algorithm of the off-line trained SVR is proposed. Stability of the overall system is analyzed by Lyapunov. Numerical simulations validate the proposed approach.
