The work analyses the response of redundant secondary flight control hydraulic servo-mechanisms equipped with proper equalization devices, when representative failures are present. Simulations are performed without any monitoring device and shutoff action. The results put in evidence the criticality of each type of failure related to the corresponding equalization device.
