CATS project proposes a new way of managing flight trajectories by using mutually agreed objectives called Contract of Objectives (CoO). The first assessment of this concept shows promising results on system performance (i.e. Safety, Efficiency and Capacity) and on human performance (i.e., workload, situation awareness and acceptability).
