In this study we have empirically characterized sequence and taxi routing procedures and practices that can be used to validate and enhance airportal simulation modeling capabilities. We have used the Surface Operations Data Analysis and Adaptation (SODAA) tool to collect and analyze detailed airportal surface operations for this effort.
