The technical focus of the European project “DIALFAST” is the development of new generations of Fibre Metal Laminates-FML and Metal Laminates-ML, that provide significantly improved strength and stiffness properties for tailored fuselage applications. This will be achieved by the use of alternative constituents such as new fibres and advanced metals.
