Helicopters subfloor is designed to absorb impact energy undergoing large deformations. In that, the presence of a subfloor-integrated fuel-tank is detrimental as, to be homologated, a fuel-tank is called to be little deformable. A concept of mechanical device meant to conceal these opposite exigencies is introduced and developed.
