COMPUTATIONAL AERODYNAMIC ANALYSIS ON A GENERIC UCAV/URAV CONFIGURATION

An UCAV/URAV swept wing and V-tail was studied. The fore-body geometry gave edges provoking flow separation. A study was commenced of stability and control using an EULER solver. Pitch-up tendencies were obtained. Re-design of wing nose, wing twist, and increased tip chord gave improvements. Results are shown and discussed.
