LQG FLUTTER CONTROL OF WIND TUNNEL MODEL USING PIEZO-CERAMIC ACTUATOR

Mathematical model is constructed for a wind tunnel flutter model controlled by piezo-ceramic actuator incorporating FEM structure analysis and Doublet Point Method aerodynamic analysis. Parameter identification is carried out followed by control design by LQG method. Control laws thus obtained successfully suppress flutter using a single element of PZT actuator.
