Keywords: Technology, Systems, Simulation, Surrogate Models

This paper will address a methodology for the design of systems-of-systems in the presence of changing requirements, technology infusion, and variable tactics. A cargo aircraft will be used as the example case with which to demonstrate a parametric exploration of the design space with respect to a capability-level objective function.
