“Flight Management Skill” is one of the airliner pilots’ risk management skills in normal operation. To evaluate this experience-based skill, the authors conducted full-flight simulator experiments and measured subjective pilot’s tasks. Comparing results, the authors discuss the skill from the aspect of pilots’ risk management when pilots make decision.
