The paper presents a theory to the pitch-engine angle effects of on the engine installation and optimization of a high-subsonic twin-turbofan transport aircraft. A design computer program and an engine angle theory were developed. A suitable engine angle reduces the drag, fuel used, thrust required and maximize range and endurance.
