The purpose was computer code HTBEND development for 3-D energy equation solution in modified toroidal coordinate system consisting linear x, y, and angular q coordinates to handle curvilinear Problems in fusion reactors. Nusselt number results across channel and bend radius were obtained for Lithium, water using HTBEND, Fluent, CFX-5.
