DIRECT MEASUREMENT OF WALL-SHEAR STRESS OF PLANE SHEAR LAYER WITH PLASMA SYNTHETIC JET ACTUATOR

The wall-shear stress of the plane turbulent shear layer with the plasma synthetic jet actuator is investigated. The wall-shear stress is observed to experiment the effect of PSJA in low-speed wind tunnel. The result show 3% decrease of the wall-shear stress, which is outstanding improvement for the flow control actuators.
