Keywords: lifting line; finite wings; potential aerodynamics
The determination of 3D wings characteristics by the use of potential aerodynamics and experimental data of profiles is presented. Using the Prandtl lifting line theory integrated with 2D airfoil data in each element of the mesh, it is possible to calculate and preview wing aerodynamics properties, including the nonlinearities.
