ESTIMATION OF DAILY UNSCHEDULED LINE MAINTENANCE EVENTS IN CIVIL AVIATION

The work introduces the development of a model to estimate daily amounts of unscheduled maintenance events in civil aviation line maintenance. With the knowledge of expected man hours per aircraft in advance, the planning process for daily capacities might be enhanced. A regression model using basic aircraft parameters is built.
