An all-round power-optimized Landing-Gear-System for future generation aircraft has been introduced. The actuation system allows an ultimate energy saving by means of a unique hydraulic architecture and a novel valve system. The concept of the system considered both energy consumption and reliability and keeps the manufacturing and operation cost down.
