This paper describes the results of experimental investigations of flow characterisation and control on the leading edge slat of an industrial high-lift configuration consisting of a slat, a main wing and a flap using advanced MEMS surface-sensors. Signals of surface-sensor arrays clearly show location of transition and separation.
