Local/global critical behaviors of composite stiffened panels are modified as a damage effect in terms of debonding/delamination. Numerical/experimental structural analyses of artifically damage stiffened panel, are developed within the paper ponting out damage effects. Cyclical load effects are also considered as a conclusion of the experimental activity.
