This paper presents the design, analysis, fabrication and flight test validation of the NWPU25 micro air vehicle (MAV). NWPU25 MAV is the maximum endurance MAV developed by Northwestern Polytechnical University, which wing span is 25cm, total take-off weight is 160g, and the maximum endurance can reach 46.5min.
