This paper introduces the fixed-duration reliability qualification test designing formulas and parameter selection rules. The variance of test results for different schemes is discussed in detail, and concludes that the acceptance probability in different schemes varies greatly, the qualification goal can be achieved only through a reasonable test scheme selection.
